About Reppit

Who makes Reppit, how the programming is decided, and where the claims in Learn come from.

    What Reppit is

Reppit is a workout log that also writes the programming. You log sets, reps, weight and RPE; it builds a five-week block from your goal, experience, equipment and training days, then sets next week's weights from the sets you actually completed.

    Where the programming comes from

A fixed rule set, not a model generating something new each time, so the same answers always produce the same block. Rules that lean on research carry their sources, which is what lets Coach name the rule behind a weight rather than asking you to trust it.

    How Learn is sourced

Every article in Learn cites the primary research it rests on — trials and reviews indexed in PubMed — and links them inline where the claim is made, not in a bibliography nobody opens. Where the evidence is thin or contested, the article says so instead of rounding it into a rule.

    What it costs

Reppit is free to log, follow other lifters and run group challenges. Reppit Premium unlocks Coach, analytics and autoregulation for $7.99 a month or $59.99 a year.

    Where it runs

The web app runs anywhere, including a phone browser. Native iOS and Android apps are in development, with a release expected in late 2026. On Premium, Reppit also runs an MCP server, so Claude, Cursor or any MCP client can read your training and suggest changes that you still approve in the app.

What Reppit is not good at yet

There is no offline mode, so if your gym has no signal your sets do not save — that is the worst thing about Reppit right now. There is no Apple Watch or Wear OS app. And far fewer people use Reppit than the big logbooks, so there is no pile of routines to copy yet.

More detail on the product lives on what Reppit does, and the MCP server is documented for developers.
