Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Steinslett Solutions ENK when you use the Reppit app, the website and Coach.
Version 2.0 · Effective 21 September 2026 · Last updated
The short version
Reppit is a strength-training app made by Steinslett Solutions ENK, a sole proprietorship registered in Norway (D-U-N-S 347783385). These terms are the agreement between you and us. By making an account you accept them; if you do not, don't use Reppit.
How we handle your data is in the Privacy Policy, which is part of this agreement.
Who can use it
You need to be 13 or older. If you are under 16, your parent or guardian has to agree to you using Reppit. One account per person, real date of birth, and keep your login to yourself — what happens under your account is your responsibility.
Reppit is not medical advice
This is the important one. Reppit plans and logs training. It is not a doctor, a physiotherapist or a coach standing next to you. Talk to a qualified professional before you start training, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or postpartum, are coming back from an injury, or are under 18.
Lifting carries real risk of injury. You train at your own risk, and you are the one responsible for your form, your loads and for stopping when something hurts.
What Coach is
Coach is an AI. It writes programs, adjusts your training and answers questions, and it can be wrong. Treat what it says as a suggestion you judge for yourself — you can override any recommendation, edit any program it writes, and ignore it entirely. Never use it in place of a professional when you are dealing with pain, injury or a medical condition.
Subscriptions
Logging workouts, following other lifters and joining group challenges are free. Reppit Premium adds Coach, analytics and autoregulation. The current price, and the terms of any trial or offer, are shown where you subscribe.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us. Cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play settings and you keep Premium until the period you paid for runs out. Refunds go through Apple or Google — we cannot issue them. We will never take a feature that was free when you joined and put it behind the paywall.
What you post
Your content is yours. We claim no ownership of your workouts, photos, programs or posts. We do need your permission to run the app with them — to store them, show them to the people you shared them with, and distribute them through the feed — so by posting you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to do exactly that, and nothing else. Delete the content or your account and the licence ends, except for copies other users already have.
Remember that the feed is public to other users. Do not post anything you would not want seen.
Rules
Don't:
- Harass, bully, threaten or impersonate anyone
- Post anything illegal, hateful, sexual, or involving minors
- Push eating disorders, self-harm, or training advice that will get someone hurt
- Post spam, scams or advertising
- Scrape the service, reverse-engineer it, or run bots against it
- Game referrals, challenges or leaderboards with fake accounts
You can report a post or a user from inside the app. We read reports and can remove content or suspend an account over them.
Ending it
You can delete your account from Settings whenever you like. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why where we reasonably can. If we ever shut Reppit down, we will give you notice and a way to get your data out.
What we are not liable for
Reppit is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not promise any particular training result.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data or lost profits, or for injury from training — except where we caused it through gross negligence or deliberately. Our total liability for any claim is capped at whatever you paid us in the 12 months before it, or 100 USD, whichever is higher.
None of this removes rights you have as a consumer under Norwegian or EU law, which we cannot sign away and are not trying to.
Which law applies
Norwegian law, with Oslo District Court (Oslo tingrett) as the first venue — unless consumer law where you live says otherwise, in which case it does. Consumers in the EEA can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
Changes, and reaching us
We will tell you in the app or by email before a material change to these terms takes effect. If one clause turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. The English version is the one that counts.
